Residential Customers

Residents of Allen, Frisco, McKinney, Plano and Richardson get two free drop-offs (visits) per calendar month at our Custer Road Retail Facility. After the two free drop-offs, the rate to drop-off is $22 per cubic yard ($66 minimum). Drop-offs reset each month and there is no carry forward for residents who don’t use their monthly drop-off allowance. These five member cities partner with Texas Pure Products in the Interlocal Agreement to handle yard waste and green waste tipping.

A current City water bill (Allen, Frisco, McKinney, Plano and Richardson ONLY) and ID are required to drop off (no exceptions).

If you do not live in one of these five member cities, you can still bring your tree and yard trimmings; however, you will be charged $22 per cubic yard ($66 minimum) each visit.

Commercial Customers

If you are a tree trimmer, arborist, landscaper, or lawn service, you can bring yard trimmings and grass clippings to us at the current tipping fee of $22 per cubic yard ($66 minimum).
