Taste a Refreshing Spin on a Summer Fruit Favorite with Sherrian’s Peach Salsa

Looking for inspiration for light summer meals Peach Salsa Step 1as temperatures start to rise? Look no further! This fresh and easy-to-make Peach Salsa from Texas Pure’s Sherrian Jones is both a perfect guilt-free snack and a tasty solution for a bland entrée.

What you will need:
  • 3 ½ cups of diced peeled peaches (4 or 5 small peaches)
  • 2 cups of diced tomatoes (2 or 3 roma tomatoes)
  • ¼ cup of diced red onion
  • 1 minced seeded jalapeño 
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon or lime juice

Peach Salsa Step 2
Dice the peeled peaches, tomatoes, onion and
jalapeño and throw them together into one medium-sized bowl. Combine the freshly chopping cilantro, rice vinegar and lemon (or lime) juice with the diced produce. Add a pinch of salt if you desire. 

Finally, cover your peach salsa and chill in the fridge until the rest of your meal is prepared or whenever you are ready to eat. 
Top off your pork, chicken or fish dishes with this Peach Salsa for a bright and flavorful summer meal.
